Rubber-inked stamp. Shape – rectangular Required elements - Notary’s official name, the words “Official Seal,” “Notary Public,” “State of Illinois,” and “My Commission expires (date).” The seal must have a serrated or milled edge border.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
An embosser is NOT referenced or acknowledged as a substitute for the stamped seal.
