Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: The Seal of the State of Minnesota, the Notary’s commission name, the words “Notary Public,” and “My commission expires _________.” The seals must have a serrated or milled edge border.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
*NOTE: Minnesota Notarial Statutes mandate an ink stamp as above. An embosser is not referenced.
