Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: Name of Notary, the commission expiration date, and the words “State of Nebraska,” “General Notary,” or “General Notarial.”
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
*NOTE: Nebraska Notarial Statutes mandate the seal be an inked stamp as above. An embosser is no longer referenced.
