Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Rubber-inked stamp (Rectangular only). Required elements: Official name of the Notary, the appointment expiration date, the number of the certificate of appointment, and the words “Notary Public, State of Nevada." If the notary public so desires, the Great Seal of the State of Nevada may be added. The seal may contain a border design.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
An embosser is not required and may not be used in place of the stamp.
