Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Rubber-inked stamp - Rectangular only to include the Great Seal of the State of Oregon with required elements: (in this order) The words “Official Stamp”, Notary’s name, “Notary Public--Oregon,” “Commission No, ________,” and “My Commission Expires_____ Month (not abbreviated) two-digit date and four-digit year. (Example: January 01, 2018)
*An embosser may be used ONLY in addition to the ink stamp.
Ink color: Black or dark ink recommended and must be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
